Great experience from start to finish. I called the store and Rick was extremely helpful—providing clear guidance and all the information I needed to make the transport drop-off and setup quick and easy. Smooth process and excellent customer service. Highly recommend. Thanks Rick.

I'll start off with saying they lied to me when I first called. But not the way you think. My transmission stopped shifting properly and I was stuck on the roadside. After calling several shops and being told they couldnt do anything for me due to the size of my truck (International 4700), I finally reached Ed at Wiers. Ed originally told me it would be 3 days before they could get started on diagnosing and repairing my truck, but they could definitely help me get it running again. So, had it towed in and expected at least a week before getting it back. A few hours after the tow dropped off my truck, Ed called me and said he had to apologize for lying to me. They couldnt start working on my truck in 3 days. They had already found the issue (bad wiring) and they would have it fixed the next day. Within 24 hours my truck was fixed and back on the road. Repair was several hundred dollars less than originally quoted as well. As full time RV'ers, this truck is our only transportation and the only way we can move our house, so service like this is greatly appreciated. If you are in the Corpus Christi area, or anywhere nearby, Call Ed and the team at Wiers. Top notch repair and service.

Just another review for these guys, they deserve it. They have great customer service, specifically work with Brian which has done a great job of tiring our trucks around and keeping them clean.

These guys are the best. Corey and Edward helped us out when our company had two major pieces of equipment down at the same time. Could have cost us tons of down time at a dealer. Corey located the issue immediately, and Edward kept us up-to-date and facilitate the parts as needed. Together they were able to get one unit out immediately and the second unit a couple of days later. Great job. Will definitely use again.
